Discuss a US Project ↗From Your First Idea to Delivery
A photo, a rough sketch or approximate dimensions are enough to start a conversation. Tell us what you want to achieve and which details are still undecided. Final sizes and configuration will be confirmed before production.
1. Share your opening requirements
Choose an opening type, or send a reference photo. Include quantities, dimensions with units and your US state and delivery location when known. Use the RFQ checklist if you already have a detailed schedule.
2. Confirm drawings, configuration and scope
Review the proposed frame, glazing, finish, hardware, dimensions and opening direction with your builder or installer. Match required documents to the selected configuration, then agree the quotation, payment terms and production schedule. Ask about a sample if you need to evaluate a configuration first.
3. Plan production and quality checks
We implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process, including raw material inspection, profile machining, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, performance checking, and final inspection before packing. Key items such as dimensions, surface finish, glass quality, hardware operation, sealing performance, and overall workmanship are carefully checked to ensure each product meets the approved drawings and order requirements.
Sample production: 10–35 calendar days. Bulk production: 25–45 calendar days. Production lead times do not include transport or import clearance. Confirm the production start, final schedule and delivery scope with your quotation.
4. Agree packing, transport and handover
We provide professional export packing and worldwide shipping support. Products are securely packed with protective film, foam, cartons, plywood cases, or timber frames according to product size and transportation requirements. We can assist with container loading, export documentation, and international shipping arrangements under commonly used trade terms such as FOB, CFR, and CIF.
Record the named handover point and who arranges freight, import clearance, taxes, onward delivery and unloading. Review these inclusions in the quotation before comparing delivered costs.
5. Prepare for receipt and local installation
Coordinate access, unloading, storage and installation with your local team. Check package labels and quantities on arrival, and photograph their condition. Confirm installation responsibilities in the order scope. Use the packing and receiving checklist to prepare.
6. Keep an order reference for follow-up
Keep the agreed drawings, opening IDs and order reference. If a question arises after delivery, contact our team with the affected opening or component and photos. Confirm warranty terms, replacement freight and any site work responsibilities in writing with the order.
Organize Your US Project Inquiry
| Include | Why it matters to the proposal |
|---|
| State and delivery location | Identifies the destination and requested delivery scope |
| Inches or millimeters | Makes the dimension basis clear throughout the schedule |
| Frame or structural-opening sizes | Separates the product dimensions from the installation opening |
| Project performance values with units | Keeps the required values distinct from catalogue descriptions |
| Requested document references or specifications | Identifies the evidence the project team wants to review |
| Local installation interfaces | Clarifies which details need coordination with the installer |
Choose the Opening Types
Explore Sliding Doors, Bifold Doors, Awning Windows, Sliding Windows and Casement Windows. List different types separately in a mixed project schedule.
Share the Project Requirements
Include the project’s requested performance values and units, any required product documentation, and the installation scope handled by your local team. If dimensions are in inches, identify them clearly on the schedule.
Review Documents Against the Configuration
Ask for the documents relevant to the proposed series, dimensions and glazing. A document for one product should not be assumed to cover every item in a mixed order.
Define the Delivery Scope
Provide the state and delivery location. Clarify packing, freight arrangements, import responsibilities and any excluded items when reviewing the quotation.
Keep Units and Documents Consistent
If the project uses both imperial and metric values, identify the controlling units. A thermal-performance figure should state whether it describes the glass or the complete product, and the proposed configuration should be read with the relevant document.
Product Certificates & Test Reports ↗Prepare Your RFQ ↗Send Your Project Schedule
Include the product types, quantities, dimensions and any requirements that are already fixed.
Request a Project Quote ↗Prepare a configuration-specific document request
Our public collection includes a CSA certificate preview and an AAMA bifold-door test preview. Send the project requirements, selected catalogue ID and configuration so the complete records can be reviewed. Neither preview establishes blanket approval for a US project.
