WEBSITE POLICIES · UPDATED OCTOBER 15, 2026
Website Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms when using our website or sending an inquiry. The specifications and conditions agreed in writing for an order govern that purchase.
Website operator and scope
Foshan Yingjia Building Material Co., Ltd. operates this website under the ENGGIA brand. These terms cover browsing the website, using its content and contacting us. Sending an inquiry requests a discussion or quotation; it does not place an order, confirm a price or reserve production capacity. An order depends on the written terms accepted by both parties.
Single-piece and custom orders
We accept single-piece custom orders. Please describe the window or door, dimensions, quantity and configuration you need. Acceptance of a particular specification, the price and the delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual order.
Product information and quotations
Product pages, catalogue entries and photographs describe available options and help you prepare an inquiry. They are not a binding offer or confirmation that every configuration suits every project. Confirm the model, dimensions, glass, hardware, finish, quantity, price and payment terms in the written quotation and order documents before proceeding.
Technical documents
A certificate, test report or calculation applies to the products, specimens and conditions identified in that document. A similar model name does not establish the same coverage, and a glass supplier's report is not a report for an entire window or door. Ask us for documents relevant to your proposed configuration and have the responsible project professionals review the applicable requirements.
Your project information
Provide accurate contact details and clearly identify dimensions, measurement units, opening directions and drawing revisions. Tell us which requirements are fixed and which remain undecided. Only upload drawings, photographs and other materials that you are entitled to share. We may use the information you send to review and respond to your project request.
Project scope and delivery
Measurements, installation details, performance requirements and local approvals must be reviewed for the actual project. Confirm in writing whether a quotation includes freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, unloading or installation. Production and transport estimates depend on the agreed specification and order conditions; submitting an inquiry does not establish a delivery date.
Changes, cancellations and after-sales terms
Request any change to an agreed specification, quantity or delivery arrangement in writing. Its effect on price, materials and timing must be agreed before it takes effect. Payment, cancellation, return and warranty conditions are set out in the applicable quotation or sales agreement and remain subject to applicable law. This website does not promise a universal warranty period or return policy for every custom order.
Acceptable use
Use the website and inquiry forms for legitimate requests. Do not submit malicious files, impersonate another person, send spam, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access or bypass security controls. We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access to protect the service and its users.
Content and third-party rights
Website text, photographs, drawings, logos and documents are subject to their owners' intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the materials to evaluate a potential purchase. Republishing, redistributing or using them commercially requires the relevant permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Availability and corrections
We may update product information or correct errors, and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Confirm information material to a purchase or project before relying on it. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control those services, their content or their availability. Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information.
Applicable rights and order agreements
These website terms do not replace an accepted sales agreement or exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any provisions on governing law and resolving order disputes belong in the relevant agreement. Please contact us promptly about an error, concern or disagreement so it can be reviewed.
Contact and updates
For questions about these terms, a quotation or website information, email sales@yingjiawindowsdoors.com. We may update these website terms, with the revision date shown above. A website update does not by itself change the written terms of an order already accepted.
