Can I order a single custom window or door?
Yes, we accept single-piece custom orders. Share the product, dimensions and configuration you need when requesting a quote.
What is the minimum information needed to make an inquiry?
Provide your name, email, product interest and a short project description. Approximate dimensions and quantities are helpful if available. You can start the discussion even if the final glass, finish or hardware has not been selected.
Do I need to know the exact model number?
No. Describe the opening type and intended use, or include a reference drawing. If you already have a preferred model, add its product ID or page link so similarly named catalogue entries are not confused.
Can I send one inquiry for windows and doors together?
Yes. Include the different opening types and quantities in the same schedule. Give each distinct opening an ID so the proposed configuration and price can be discussed item by item.
What if I do not have a file to upload?
Use the project-details field to describe the requirements. State dimensions and units where known, and identify anything still undecided. An attachment is optional; its absence should not stop your initial inquiry.
Will I receive an instant price?
The form sends a project inquiry, not an automatic price calculation. The product configuration and delivery scope need to be reviewed before a relevant quotation can be prepared.
How soon can I receive the products?
Sample production: 10–35 calendar days. Bulk production: 25–45 calendar days. Production lead times do not include transport or import clearance. Confirm the production start, final schedule and delivery scope with your quotation. Share your destination and required arrival date so transport can be discussed separately.
Does a quotation automatically include shipping, tax and installation?
No particular inclusion should be assumed. State the delivery scope you want, then review the quotation for packing, freight, import responsibilities, installation and any exclusions. These items need to be explicit before comparing totals.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. Submitting the form starts a discussion about your requirements. It does not confirm a configuration, price, payment arrangement or production order.
What if my inquiry cannot be submitted?
Check the entries or attachment limits shown in the error message and try again. You can also use the email or WhatsApp links below the form to contact us directly.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Samples are available for product evaluation and quality confirmation. Sample charges and shipping costs may apply depending on the product specifications. For customized samples, production will be arranged after the specifications and drawings are confirmed. Sample costs may be credited toward a subsequent bulk order subject to order quantity and mutual agreement.
When will you reply to my inquiry?
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+8, China Standard Time). Online inquiries and messages received outside business hours will normally be answered within 24 hours.
