Sending an inquiry requests a discussion or quotation; it does not place an order, confirm a price or reserve production capacity. An order depends on the written terms accepted by both parties.

## Single-piece and custom orders

We accept single-piece custom orders. Please describe the window or door, dimensions, quantity and configuration you need. Acceptance of a particular specification, the price and the delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual order.

Product pages, catalogue entries and photographs describe available options and help you prepare an inquiry. They are not a binding offer or confirmation that every configuration suits every project. A certificate, test report or calculation applies to the products, specimens and conditions identified in that document.
