## Is the factory shown on this website your own?

Yes. These photographs show our own factory, including production, assembly, packing and loading activities.

## Which production stages can I see in your photographs?

The collection shows profile cutting and drilling, frame assembly, sealing and adjustment, as well as finished products and packing. The factory page groups these photographs by stage so you can see what each image demonstrates.

## Do you manufacture the glass and every component yourselves?

Glass and other purchased materials come from suppliers. Window and door system documents are therefore presented separately from supplier material documents. Check the named holder and product scope on each original record.

## Can I request additional factory information for procurement review?

Tell us what your review requires, such as production photographs, product documents or details of the proposed order. Identify the purpose and selected products so the discussion focuses on information relevant to your procurement decision.

## Can I arrange a visit or a video discussion about the factory?

Include the preferred date, products of interest and purpose in your inquiry. Our team will discuss availability and arrangements with you before a visit or call is confirmed.

## How are the windows and doors packed?

The photo collection shows protective wrapping and timber packing, followed by container loading. The packing method for a particular order should be agreed for its sizes, quantities and delivery arrangement; photographs of one shipment do not define every order.

## How do I discuss capacity and timing for my order?

Send the quantities, selected products and required date. Capacity and the proposed production schedule need to be reviewed against that order’s configuration and scope.
