[Discuss a Custom Order](/request-a-quote/#quote-form)

## What Would You Like to Customize?

| Requirement | Details you can share |
| --- | --- |
| Size | Width, height, units and quantity |
| Operation | Opening type, moving panels, hinge or stacking direction |
| Glass | Known build-up or the project’s specified requirements |
| Frame finish | Color reference and finish preference |
| Hardware | Operating and locking needs, or a specified component |
| Additional requirements | Screens, thresholds, document needs and destination |

The proposed options depend on the selected system. You can mark undecided items for discussion rather than selecting details you are unsure about.

## 1. Share Your Opening Schedule

List the opening ID, quantity, dimensions and product type. State whether dimensions describe the structural opening or the overall frame, and identify the units used.

## 2. Describe How Each Opening Should Work

Mark the fixed and moving panels, hinge or sliding direction, and the viewing side of the drawing. Include access, screen and threshold requirements where relevant.

## 3. Discuss Glass, Finish and Hardware

Tell us your glazing specification, preferred frame color or finish, and operating or locking requirements. If you have not selected a specification, describe the intended use and project requirements.

## 4. Review the Proposed Configuration

Check the series, dimensions, glass, hardware, quantities and any technical documents included in the proposal. Record agreed changes against the latest drawing or schedule revision.

## 5. Clarify Packing and Delivery Scope

Provide the destination and discuss packing, delivery terms and the items included in the quotation. Confirm the order-specific schedule when reviewing the proposal.

## Keep the Order Details Together

Before an order moves forward, review the agreed configuration and record the current drawing and quotation references. Clarify payment, production timing, packing and delivery responsibilities in the order-specific proposal.

If you need a sample, inspection information or spare parts, raise those requirements during the discussion so their scope and arrangements can be identified.

## Ready to Start?

You do not need a complete specification to make an inquiry. Send the information you already have and highlight what still needs discussion.

## Plan for Your Project Destination

For a project in the [United States](/markets/united-states/) or [Australia](/markets/australia/), review the destination guide when preparing your specifications, document requests and delivery requirements.

## Can I order custom aluminum windows for my own home?

Custom aluminum windows and doors for trade and project procurement. We also accept personal custom aluminum window orders. Share your drawings or approximate sizes, quantities and delivery destination to discuss the options.

## What can I specify in a custom order?

Start with the opening type, dimensions, quantity, glazing needs, finish preference and operating requirements. You can also describe screens, threshold details or required documents. Availability and compatibility need to be checked for the selected system and stated in the proposal.

## Can I start without complete drawings?

Yes. Send the information you have: product type, estimated size, quantity and destination. Mark uncertain details as undecided. A preliminary inquiry does not need to contain every technical decision required for a final order.

## Should I send structural-opening sizes or frame sizes?

Either can be useful at the inquiry stage, but clearly label which one you are providing and identify the units. The final frame dimensions and installation clearances must be agreed for the project instead of assuming the same allowance for every opening.

## Can I choose a frame color or specify hardware?

Include your preferred color reference, finish and any required hardware make or function. The proposal should confirm the selected option rather than assume all finishes or brands are available for every system.

## Can I request a sample before placing an order?

Tell us what you need to assess, such as a finish, profile section, glass option or complete product. Sample availability, format, cost and shipping arrangements need to be agreed individually before the sample is arranged.

## What should I check before confirming a configuration?

Review the opening IDs, dimensions, units, operation, glazing, finish, hardware, quantities and document references. Identify the drawing and quotation revision being approved, and make sure unresolved items are explicitly recorded.

## Can the configuration change after the quotation?

Send the revised requirement with the affected opening IDs. A change can require a revised configuration, quotation or schedule, and may affect the applicability of technical documents. Do not treat an earlier proposal as unchanged after a specification update.

## Do you offer private-label or OEM arrangements?

If branding, labels or packaging identification are part of your purchasing requirements, describe them in the inquiry. The scope, quantities and responsibilities need to be confirmed before a branding arrangement is included in the order.
